Volunteers are required on the event days over the weekend for a variety of duties. But also for the setup and breakdown days which start on the Thursday till Monday / Tuesday.
The event days duties include manning gates, stewarding, back stage....etc etc.
On setup days:- see YouTube video (above), this gives a flavour of the activities involved.

Perks may be a few beers and possibly some food, that's all! Note:- Stewarding / gate duty is not full time, and a few hours per day would be most helpful. However it's good fun, but hard work.
